What kind of TV do I need?
Any TV with a web browser: a smart TV, or a streaming stick that has one. For a TV without a browser, we get you a TV stick at cost.
How do I get started?
Tell us about your business on the Get started page. We get in touch, build your menu from a photo, set up your TVs, and send you your sign-in.
What can I text?
A new price, something sold out, something back, or UNDO. Anything else, like a new item or a photo, goes to our team as a request. Try it yourself on the Try it page.
What if the internet goes down?
Your TVs keep showing the last menu they got and keep to their schedule. Slides keep playing too.
Do I have to approve every change?
Only if you want to. With the Service, we can send each change to you to approve, or put it straight on your TVs.
What does setup include?
Your menu built from a photo, installed in person, and your TVs paired. It's $199 once per location.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Text us and we'll switch it.
How do I reach you?
By text. Once you're set up, our number is on your Help screen. We take texts, not calls.
