Agreeing to texts
By saving your mobile number in TVSays and ticking the box beside it, you agree to receive text messages from TVSays (SooGi Group LLC) about your business's TV menu updates and requests. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Who texts you
TVSays, a product of SooGi Group LLC, texts the owners and managers of businesses that use TVSays, only about their own account. We never send marketing, and we never text the businesses' own customers.
How you agree to get texts
The business owner signs in at tvsays.com, opens Business and team, and saves a mobile number for themselves or a manager, ticking the box beside it. The number isn't saved unless the box is ticked, and it starts unticked. This is the form, as it looks in the app:

A number can also reach us in person, by text or by email, from the person or their own business, and our records show who saved it and when. Or you text us first, and we reply only to that conversation.
Every newly saved number gets one welcome text:
TVSays: You'll get texts about your TV menu updates and requests. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
